• I have the right to refuse service to any individual creating a hostile atmosphere.

• I have business hours that I keep during the day to reach customers and be reached.

• I am operating out of a hair salon and must respect the establishment for their hours, policies, and ambiance.

• I am dedicated to making the best experience for both the client and myself, the practitioner.

• Clients must arrive early prior to first treatment to fill out proper paperwork

• For the safety of everyone involved there are certain conditions that I will refer a client elsewhere.
